+ New beginning July 2010, College Composition Modular test replaces other two Composition test options which have been retired.   Concordia University requires an essay with the College Composition Modular test, and the essay portion is given here on campus.  Students should contact Professor Theresa FitzPatrick, Director of the Writing Center at  651-603-6233.
* Students who have taken or plan to take ENG120 or Freshman College Composition CLEP cannot receive credit for this exam.   
# Students who have taken Analyzing/Interpreting Literature CLEP, ENG155, or other literature course,  are not eligible for credit for this exam.
** Three-hour exam.  Students must pass both multiple-choice and essay to receive credit.  Students who have taken the English Composition CLEP cannot receive credit for this exam.
** Does NOT meet Teacher Education requirement for EDU336.  Cannot be taken in addition to EDU336.
NOTE:  CLEP credit is not granted when it duplicates credit previously earned.
