New Programs-Assessment Plans

Proposing a New Undergraduate Program or Major? 

You'll need to submit a completed Assessment Plan to the Assessment Council before submitting your completed proposal to the Undergraduate Policies Committee (UPC). When the Assessment Council approves your Assessment Plan, they forward their approval to the chair of UPC.

Complete and submit the plan templates below to outline the student learning outcomes for your program along with the plan for how you will assess and analyze student achievement of those outcomes.

Proposing a New Graduate Program?

You'll need to submit a completed plan for assessment of the student learning outcomes in your program along with the Graduate School student learning outcomes to the Associate Vice President for Assessment and Accreditation.

Complete and submit the plan templates below to outline the student learning outcomes for your program along with the plan for how you will assess and analyze student achievement of those outcomes.
